1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 775bd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings or bonuses, and retain any remaining balance pending investigation.

3.3 Registration Information

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

775bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent time.

4.2 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 775bd may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts, which will be deducted from any remaining real-money balance. 4.3 Account Closure

Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.5 Failed or Reversed Transactions

775bd is not liable for deposits or withdrawals that fail, are delayed, or are reversed due to circumstances outside our direct control, including payment provider outages, bank processing delays, or incorrect account details provided by the player. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 775bd are subject to the specific terms published with each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters exclusively relating to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering on restricted game categories (typically live dealer tables and certain low-margin games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the 775bd platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. 775bd does not alter, modify, or interfere with game outcomes. 8 Prohibited Conduct
